To ensure happy shopping with us, we make sure all our items are properly check to ensure that they are of good condition before delivering to you.
My Style Butler does not take responsibility in cases of colour differences due to photo-taking or monitor settings, or within 1-2 inch difference in measurement. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused after washing or ordered items that do not fit. Size differences (esp for garments) due to different designs will also be advise on our website. We thus allow exchange only if item(s) are incorrectly sent or are defective.
How to exchange the incorrect/defective item:

c) Description/ Colour of the incorrect/ defective item

My Style Butler only accepts return on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging and tag. Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If the item is no longer available, you may exchange it for other items of the same or higher value. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference.
For items approved by us for exchange, customers shall then be responsible in ensuring items are packed and sealed properly before mailing back to us.
